If you’re planning a wedding or function, you’ll want it to be extra special. At Bali At The Bay, our stunning and unique location in Port Stephens is the perfect place to host your special event – turning it into a weekend to remember. 


We have the capacity to host up to 30 people in our idyllic Balinese retreat and have excellent accomodation packages available to take the stress out of planning your next event. We’ll not only provide you with the run of our entire property, but we’ll also give you access to our beautiful outdoor areas, a complete catering service with food and beverages included, as well as photography, makeup, and hairstyling services depending on the package chosen.


Choose the basic package which includes the Venue, two nights accomodation with late check out, welcome hamper and champagne(add ons can be arranged) or our hassle-free, all-inclusive package, where you’ll be free to sit back, relax, and enjoy your special event.

Complete Accommodation & More 

At Bali At The Bay, we want to ensure that your wedding or function will be a weekend to remember. We offer complete accommodation for up to six people, fully-equipped living spaces with an outdoor jacuzzi, Mexican hammocks,  huge entertainers 'Alfresco Kitchen', and much more.


From 1st February to mid December we can cater primarily for functions but still take accomodation bookings when possible. From mid-December is reserved for regular stays and accomodation.


Our accomodation is for up to 6-8 adults with a minimum 2-night booking. Prices are based on a minimum booking of 6 people. Couples accomodation is available but you would need to ring and book direct for a reduced rate. We are open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and closed Monday to Thursday.
